What is the "per-item fee" for verification?
Per-item fees are charged when you verify an asset beyond your monthly AI authentication limit. Fees vary by asset category: standard items ($15), premium/high-value items over $100K ($35), and luxury cars/supercars with VIN lookup ($95). Dealer and Enterprise plans receive significantly discounted per-item rates.
What are GMV-linked fees?
GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) fees are a small percentage charged when assets with Genesis Provenance certificates are sold, financed, or insured through partner platforms. This is typically 0.15%-0.25% and only applies to Business and Enterprise plans with partner integrations.
What happens after my free trial ends?
After your 14-day free trial, you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan. Your data remains safe and accessible, but you won't be able to add new assets until you subscribe. No credit card required to start the trial.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll have immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you'll retain access to premium features until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via wire transfer or invoice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves you 17% compared to monthly billing. For example, Collector Basic is $290/year (equivalent to $24.17/month) vs. $29/month. All plans offer the same 17% annual discount.
What if I exceed my asset limit?
You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. You can then upgrade to a higher tier, or pay per-item fees for additional assets. Enterprise plans have no limits.

Yes. If you have specific requirements, contact our sales team for custom Enterprise pricing. We offer volume discounts, custom integrations, flexible contracts, and dedicated support.
